CV Gemini provides an AI-powered resume building platform that allows users to create, edit, download, and analyze professional resumes and cover letters. The Service includes access to resume templates, an ATS compatibility checker, job matching tools, and related career resources.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including resume information, personal data, and documents. By submitting content, you grant CV Gemini a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We do not permanently store uploaded resume files. Files uploaded for analysis are processed in memory and not retained after the session ends.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate deceptive or fraudulent resume content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to current subscribers. Continued use of Premium features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, templates, and technology are and will remain the exclusive property of CV Gemini and its licensors.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CV Gemini.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. AI-generated resume content is provided for guidance only — you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of your resume before submission to employers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CV Gemini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall CV Gemini's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of the amount you paid to CV Gemini in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD $100.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CV Gemini.
